Eun-ah LeePhilipp Wolter* The FilmGym began as a playground for actors and filmmakers to get together and work on their craft. The goal was to create original material and further develop the craft of acting and directing through a devoted and accomplished group of artists. Through this diverse and experimental approach, several unique and visually stunning pictures have come out of the gym.
Today, The FilmGym is a full-blown production company which has produced award-winning short films, commercials and music videos. It continues to serve the film community through workshops and seminars, and in keeping with the spirit of its collaborative beginnings, The FilmGym showcases the work of a variety of selected filmmakers through it's screening series.

A bi-weekly screenplay reading series supports writers and directors in their efforts to further develop their scripts. The screenplays are read by professional actors followed by a feedback session of local filmmakers and writers. To have your script considered to be part of the series,
please contact us with a reference and bio of your previous work.
